Nina graduated from National Manual Osteopathic College in 2016. Nina is passionate about whole person wellness, not just physically but emotionally and spiritually as well. Nina’s fascination with the human body has led her to do continuous education with emotional and physical trauma and how these things can lead to chronic pain. She works with regulating the nervous system to bring balance back into people’s bodies and minds.

Client education is a priority in each session so that clients understand what is happening in their body.

With a strong passion for helping others, both mentally and physically, Ally believes that mental and physical discomfort are deeply interconnected and can significantly impact your quality of life if left unaddressed.

Ally specializes in deep tissue, therapeutic, and cupping massage. Ally also is passionate about prenatal massage, children and youth massage and relaxation. She has also taken courses in aromatherapy and holistic nutrition with musculoskeletal conditions and digestive health. Ally believes deep tissue release cannot be accomplished unless the body is relaxed, she takes a relaxation approach to every appointment in order to calm the nervous system before releasing tension.
